Alissa Barton

Vice President, Workforce Planning, Infrastructure Ontario

Alissa Barton is currently Director, Human Capital Planning at provincial government agency, Infrastructure Ontario. Everyday Alissa gets to engage her passion to change the workplace for the better. Her role includes managing a team responsible for analytics, HR tools and systems, health and safety and other innovative change practices and programs. Alissa has a degree in Economics from Queen’s University, as well as a certificate in Human Resources Management from Ryerson University. She is an alumni of the Governor General’s Canadian Leadership Conference and CivicAction’s Diversity Fellows Program.
