Cathy is a globally-connected Canadian Diversity & Inclusion (“D&I”) and Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) professional with over 25 years' experience in leadership and strategic project management, in human resources and learning and development within corporate, government, and non-profit organizations. For the past 14 years, she has specialized in diversity and inclusion and corporate social responsibility. Currently Cathy leads CCDI’s consulting service delivery teams, overseeing the services CCDI provides to clients in the realms of assessment, measurement, strategy development and learning solutions.

 

She works with organizations across Canada to provide a range of assessment and strategy development services, as well as cultural competence, leadership development, training, and coaching.

 

Previously, Cathy led the CCDI’s research and knowledge services portfolio for four years. She is the author of five of CCDI’s toolkits for D&I practitioners, and she has written or co-written 24 major research and benchmarking reports on diversity and inclusion.

 

She was the lead developer for the Centennial College Certificate in Leadership and Inclusion, and she is currently a faculty member at the University of Toronto Certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility.

 

Cathy is one of only four Canadians on the global panel of 95 Expert Panelists who develop the Global Diversity and Inclusion Benchmarks: Standards for Organizations Around the World.
